A research facility constructed through a partnership betweenThe University of Texas at Dallas and theUniversity of Texas Southwesternis set to open this fall. Work on the 150,000-square-foot, $120 millionTexas Instruments Biomedical Engineering and Sciences Building started in 2021. The building will be located in the Southwestern Medical District in Dallas and house researchers from both universities with a goal of developing technologies to improve medical care.
