After achieving great success in various predictions, machine learning has attracted the attention of clinicians and medical researchers.7,8 In our previous studies, we constructed a machine learning prediction model and demonstrated good prediction ability.9,10 In this study, a machine learning model and a web-based prediction tool were developed to predict SSI in patients undergoing lumbar spinal surgery.
