To whom do these opportunities fit? Are these challenges just for a few? The high complexity of the DIGITAL AGENDA requires not only the right awareness and profound information, but also a real check of the daily practicality and cost efficiency. Some solutions fit some, others to others. The needs of one enterprise are very different to the needs of another. (A general regulation therefore has to take care to be both precise and general enough to fit for all kind of enterprises.) Clouds sometimes get blown away by the wind of change.
