Cardano (ADA) Cryptocurrency Going Great with Commercialization Measures – The Cryptocurrency Analytics

Cardano (ADA) has been long criticized for being very slow in making it to the market. However, Cardano (ADA) is not worried and they are going merry with their own plans. One of them suggested walk down the street and ask them if they are using cryptocurrency. The reply was that 9 out of 10 will state that they are not using cryptocurrency. So, they feel it does not make a big difference. This does not mean that they are not going to make it to the market, rather they are going great with commercialisation at their own strategic pace.

Input Output Recently tweeted: It was wonderful to have the Emurgo, Cardano Foundation and IOHK teams together for the PWC workshop in London to discuss the commercial strategy, and align everyone along a central vision for Cardano (ADA). More updates from us in due course!

Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted: The Cardano ADA guys know why they are here for and then they need to be. They are kind of sure of the market dynamics and know well about where they actually fit.

Previously, Charles Hoskinson tweeted: Dear markets, just an FYI, crypto is the best hedge in the world against a global pandemic. Should SARS-CoV-2 get big, the stock market is done and governments will collapse. Things that live in the digital world are resistant to this and will benefit from the social change. He meant to state that the crypto is the best hedge.

Charles Hoskinson recently broadcasted from London. He started off the broadcast stating that he just finished the PWC workshop, which were 3 action packed days. He shared a very special and quick update in which he stated that each of their product managers will be providing updates.

The focus group met in London, the meet organized by the IOHK met with stake pool operators. The goal was to capture on the knowledge and the learnings of the community ever since the Shelly Incentivized Testnet was rolled out.

Cardano (ADA) are preparing, in fact they are preparing too well, time ahead for the time they think is the right time for their entry in to the market. They seem to be a phenomenal team who are sure going to bring in a lot to the world. They are clear about their next steps. They are too advanced in their research and moving ahead faster than normal.

Binance Coin (BNB) Cryptocurrency Is Surging: Here’s How It Can Refuel BTC – newsBTC

Binance coin price is gaining bullish momentum above the $20.50 resistance against the USDT. BNB price action suggests bitcoin could also start a decent upward move if it remains stable above $9,000.

In the past few sessions, binance coin followed a bullish path above the $19.00 and $20.00 resistance levels. BNB price even settled above the $20.00 resistance area and the 100 simple moving average (4-hours).

It opened the doors for more gains above the 50% Fib retracement level of the last key decline from the $23.25 high to $17.69 low. The price is now trading above the $21.00 resistance area.

During the rise, there was a break above a major bearish trend line with resistance near $19.98 on the 4-hours chart of the BNB/USDT pair. It seems like the bulls are currently facing hurdles near the $21.15 and $21.20 levels.

Binance Coin Price

The 61.8% Fib retracement level of the last key decline from the $23.25 high to $17.69 low is also acting as a strong resistance. If binance coin cryptocurrency surges above the $21.15 and $21.20 levels, it could continue to rise towards the $22.00 and $23.00 levels.

The market sentiment is also likely to improve if the price gains pace above $21.20 and it might help bitcoin in rising steadily towards $9,200 or $9,340.

If BNB fails to clear the $21.15 and $21.20 resistance levels, it could start a downside correction. An initial support is seen near the $20.50 level. If the bulls fail to defend the $20.50 support, the price might retest the $20.00 support area.

Any further losses could push the bulls on the back foot and the price is likely to slide towards the $18.80 support level in the near term. Overall, the current price action is positive and there are chances of more gains above $21.20.

Technical Indicators

4-Hours MACD The MACD for BNB/USDT is slowly gaining momentum in the bullish zone.

4-Hours RSI (Relative Strength Index) The RSI for BNB/USDT is currently well above the 55 level.

Major Support Levels $20.50, $20.00 and $18.80.

Major Resistance Levels $21.15, $21.20 and $22.00.

2 Erode women not allowed to write chess arbiter exam in TN – MENAFN.COM

(MENAFN - IANS) By Venkatachari Jagannathan

Chennai, March 10 (IANS) On the International Women's Day when Prime Minister Narendra Modi handed over his social media accounts to seven women, the Tamil Nadu State Chess Association and its affiliate Erode District Chess Circle denied a mother and daughter to write the chess arbiter's examination.

A total of five persons from Erode including the two women were not allowed to write the arbiter's exam that was held on March 8 despite paying Rs 1,000 each as exam fees.

"I had been preparing for the arbiter exam for 15 days. I didn't expect the Secretary of Erode District Chess Circle not accepting the exam application and forwarding that to Tamil Nadu State Chess Association (TNSCA)," T.Kanmane, a former Erode district chess player told IANS.

Kanmane is a qualified teacher for mentally retarded teacher. She is working in a school for mentally retarded children.

As per the arbiter exam procedure, an aspirant should route his/her application through the district chess association. The Secretary of the District Chess Association has to give his nod/recommendation in the exam form so that a candidate can write the exam.

According to Kanmane, an email was sent to Tamil Nadu State Chess Association saying that the Secretary of its Erode district affiliate did not accept and forward the exam application, but of no avail.

Not only Kanmane, even the exam applications her mother T.Intherane and her father N. Thirugnanasampandam were not accepted by the Erode District Chess Circle.

"For the past several years we have been organising chess tournaments in Erode. This time we thought of writing the arbiter's exam and get ourselves qualified," Thirugnanasampandam told IANS.

"I used to play in 1980s and also used to lend a helping hand to tournament organisers as an unofficial arbiter. RecentlyA I came to know about arbiter exams and decided to write the same to become a qualified arbiter," S. Kalyanasundaram whose was not allowed to write the exam despite paying the fees told IANS.

For all the five persons former Secretary of the then Erode District Chess Association R. Nachimuthu acted as the coordinator on the exam matter.

"The five persons who are all members of Erode Mavatta Chaduranga Kazhagam had asked me to do the needful like submitting the application forms to the Erode District Chess Circle and other related work," Nachimuthu, Executive Committee Member of the Kazhagam told IANS.

He said the Erode District Chess Circle Secretary S.Ramesh did not accept the exam applications and was not reachable on phone.

Nachimuthu said as the exam date was nearing, he had sent the applications directly to Tamil Nadu State Chess Association, but he nor the applicants have not received any reply from the state chess body.

When contacted for his comments Ramesh, Secretary of Erode District Chess Circle told IANS: "These people had never lent a helping hand for the events organised by the official body. They also hold their own events. Will you allow a non-journalist into your journalist association?"

Tamil Nadu State Chess Association Secretary P. Stephen Balasamy was not available for comments when contacted by IANS.

It may be recalled last October, 11-year old school boy Karthick Rahul was arbitrarily evicted from The Hindu Tamil Nadu State Level Chess Tournament Tirunelveli Under-13 midway by the secretary of Tirunelveli District Chess Development Association (TDCDA) in Tamil Nadu for playing in tournament that was not affiliated to the district or state associations and AICF.

Why the Journey to Cloud Must Start With the Workforce – AiThority

What happens when technology moves so fast, our workforce cant keep up? There are many noteworthy technologies that will change the way our society functions. 5G and Cloud will create new experiences and revenue opportunities for consumers and businesses.

McKinsey estimates, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to deliver global economic activity of around $13 trillion by 2030. And well see even more technologies and business models in areas like Quantum Computing, the gig and sharing economies, and digitization of services. Yet PwCreports38 percent of CEOs globally are extremely concerned that a lack of critical skills will hurt business growth. What good are these technologies if our workforce is incapable of leveraging them?

To unleash new experiences and technologies and support the complex business operations that enable them businesses worldwide must embark on transformation journeys centered on the Cloud and the agility it brings. Indeed, Gartner predicts the size of the Cloud services industry will expand at nearly three times the growth of overall IT services.

Success, however, is dependent on organizations undergoing a process of change management based on the three pillars of technology, processes, andpeople: technology is largely focused on continuous improvements to operations through AI and Machine Learning; processes are around governance and ongoing optimization.

People, however, may present the biggest challenge.

In todays open-source world, I believe its not proprietary software or patented methodologies that necessarily count but rather, the quality of the workforce. Reskilling, attracting and retaining talent around new technologies and practices are not just requirements for evolving the business, but additional drivers to proactively transform the business.

Further, by 2025, Millennials will make up 75 percent of the global workforce, and with this comes the desire for better workplace technology, growth opportunities, and workplace flexibility. Creating an environment that caters to this will be critical.

As we move towards a future oftechnological singularity, where technologys growth becomes uncontrollable, I believe the best talent, regardless of age, will want to work with automated and intelligent processes and approaches. Key examples include Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) for DevOps best practices, and site reliability engineering (SRE) to improve production-related operations of the applications developed. Companies reliant on legacy practices and siloed organizations will be left behind as the war for talent continues.

As the industry aims to move at the pace of technology, employee mindsets too, need to shift rapidly. The question will no longer be what theyre going to do, but how fast they can learn. One of the most essential skills will be the ability to evolve.

In the past, employees typically focused on one vertical (known as anI-shaped skill). However, the next-generation workforce must span numerous verticals, contributing unique insights across areas due to their experience and explorative mindsets (T- and E-shaped skills). And while this means managers must give their direct reports opportunities to expand, its just as crucial for employees to take the initiative.

On the other side of the coin, our existing workforce is workinglonger than ever. This will require them to not only co-exist with newcomers and their exploratory, versatile mindsets but to adapt a continuous learning approach themselves. While for older workers this might be a significant even painful effort, as technology evolves, it will be a necessary prerequisite to remaining in the workforce.

The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. Albert Einstein

To keep pace in an ever-changing world, continuous learning and investing in the workforce is a must. This mindset must come from all areas of the business. At the same time, empowering employees to expand their skill set is critical. Lets make sure we all provide our workforces with the right supportive learning environment that enables them to take an active role in creating the future.

4 ways to fine-tune your AI and machine learning deployments – TechRepublic

Life cycle management of artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives is vital in order to rapidly deploy projects with up-to-date and relevant data.

Image: Chinnawat Ngamsom, Getty Images/iStockphoto

An institutional finance company wanted to improve time to market on the artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) applications it was deploying. The goal was to reduce time to delivery on AI and ML applications, which had been taking 12 to 18 months to develop. The long lead times jeopardized the company's ability to meet its time-to-market goals in areas of operational efficiency, compliance, risk management, and business intelligence.

SEE: Prescriptive analytics: An insider's guide (free PDF) (TechRepublic)

After adopting a life-cycle management software for its AI and ML application development and deployment, the company was able to reduce its AI and ML application time to market to days, and in some cases, to hours. The process improvement enabled corporate data scientists to spend 90% of their time on data model development, instead of 80% of time on the resolution of technical challenges resulting from unwieldy deployment processes.

This is important because the longer you extend your big data and AI and ML modeling, development, and delivery processes, the greater the risk that you end up with modeling, data, and applications that are already out of date by the time they are ready to be implemented. In the compliance area alone, this creates risk and exposure.

"Three big problems enterprises face as they roll out artificial intelligence and machine learning projects is the inability to rapidly deploy projects, data performance decay, and compliance-related liability and losses," said Stu Bailey, chief technical officer of ModelOP, which provides software that deploys, monitors, and governs data science AI and ML models.

SEE:The top 10 languages for machine learning hosted on GitHub (free PDF)(TechRepublic)

Bailey believes that most problems arise out of a lack of ownership and collaborationbetween data science, IT, and business teams when it comes to getting data models into production in a timely manner. In turn, these delays adversely affect profitability and time-to-business insight.

"Another reason that organizations have difficulty managing the life cycle of their data models is that there are many different methods and tools today for producing data science and machine language models, but no standards for how they're deployed and managed," Bailey said.

The management of big data, AI, and ML life cycles can be prodigious tasks that go beyond having software and automation that does some of the "heavy lifting." Also, many organizations lack policies and procedures for these tasks. In this environment, data can rapidly become dated, application logic and business conditions can change, and new behaviors that humans must teach to machine language applications can become neglected.

SEE:Telemedicine, AI, and deep learning are revolutionizing healthcare (free PDF)(TechRepublic)

How can organizations ensure that the time and talent they put into their big data, AI, and ML applications remain relevant?

Most organizations acknowledge that collaboration between data science, IT, and end users is important, but they don't necessarily follow through. Effective collaboration between departments depends on clearly articulated policies and procedures that everyone adheres to in the areas of data preparation, compliance, speed to market, and learning for ML.

Companies often fail to establish regular intervals for updating logic and data for big data, AI, and ML applications in the field. The learning update cycle should be continuous--it's the only way you can assure concurrency between your algorithms and the world in which they operate.

Like their transaction system counterparts, there will come a time when some AI and ML applications will have seen their day. This is the end of their life cycles, and the appropriate thing to do is retire them.

If you can automate some of your life cycle maintenance functions for big data, AI, and ML, do so. Automation software can automate handoffs between data science IT and production. It makes the process of deployment that much easier.

Web developers don’t need a math degree to get started with ML – JAXenter

What are notable entry hurdles for software and web developers who want to get started with machine learning? Google AI researchers Carrie J. Cai, Senior Research Scientist, Google Research and Philip J. Guo, Assistant Professor, UC San Diego, decided to find out. They analyzed the results of a survey among 645 TensorFlow.js users and published their results in a research paper as well as on the Google AI Blog.

First of all, what is TensorFlow.js? It was developed by Google, same as the popular ML framework TensorFlow. As the official website states, TensorFlow.js is a library for machine learning in JavaScript that lets you use ML directly in the browser or in Node.js.

In the TensorFlow.js survey, most participants were software or web developers, and were not using ML as part of their primary job. Among the motivations for learning ML was that they found the idea intellectually fascinating (26%) or believed that ML is the future (17%). A specific job task or use case was not reported very frequently, as only 11% of respondents gave this answer.

Lets take a look at the respondents challenges and expectations in machine learning.

According to the survey, developers struggle most with their own lack of conceptual understanding of ML. This shows in the initial stages of choosing when to apply ML as well as in creating the architecture of a neural net and carrying out the model training.

The respondents often felt they faced these challenges due to lack of experience in advanced mathematics, leading to imposter syndrome. As the Google AI researchers point out, though, this isnt the case. While an advanced math degree is useful, it is not necessarydespite mathematical terminology in API documentation that may suggest otherwise.

The survey also aimed to find out what software developers expect from ML frameworks and what features they would like to see implemented. It turned out that the respondents were often interested in pre-made ML models that should be customizable for a specific use case, and thus provide explicit support for modification.

Tips for best practices were also high up on the list of common wishes, and just-in-time strategic pointers such as diagnostic checks could improve the developer experience as well. Some respondents voiced their desire for learning-by-doing tutorials in ML frameworks.

As the study concludes:

Software developers are now treating modern ML frame-works as lightweight vehicles for learning and tinkering. Our work provides evidence that, even with the existence of such APIs, developers still face substantial hurdles due to a perceived lack of conceptual and mathematical understanding. In the future, ML frameworks could help by de-mystifying theoretical concepts and synthesizing ML best practices into just-in-time, practical tips.

See the Google AI Blog for more information.
