My name is Steve Crawford, CRAWFORD, and I'm the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Jam Cracker. Well, Jam Cracker has actually been in business for about 10 years and since day one we've been very focused on providing platform and service that enable service providers and enterprises to aggregate the delivery of cloud services and so what that means is that their users and their customers have a single point of acquisition of cloud services from different providers, a single point of access and a single point of moves, adds, and changes, and sign on, and helpdesk support as well. So we have recently partnered with IBM as part of IBM's CSP2 initiative and we are providing a component of the overall CSP2 framework and that is the cloud services brokerage capability. So, we're a component that actually does the aggregation of various cloud services whether they're hosted within a service provider's data center or hosted by external third party providers. Jam Cracker recently is partnered with IBM as part of their cloud services initiative for telcos and Jam Cracker is providing a component of the overall IBM framework which is the cloud services brokering capability.
