Two St. Cloud DFL lawmakers will hold town halls in the next week.

Sen. Aric Putnam will hold an in-person gathering on Thursday at Jules Bistro in St. Cloud.

Rep. Dan Wolgamott will hold an event on Monday, June 28,with House Majority Leader Ryan Winkler, D-Golden Valley. Wolgamott's town hall will take place atPantown Brewing Company.

"I'm hosting this town hall to connect with my constituents about all we've accomplished for St. Cloud during the 2021 legislative session,"Wolgamott said in a press release about the event. "I'm excited to see everyone in person, have a beerand engage in a meaningful conversation about the future of our community."

Putnam's event will also include a general discussion on the end of the 2021 session.

Lawmakers completed the regular session in May. They are in a special session, wrapping up a state budget. They must finalize a two-year budget by June 30 to avoid a government shut down.
